WIFA Advisory Board

The WIFA Advisory board usually meets bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month at 1:00 PM. Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary, and all meetings are held with the establishment of quorum. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, all notices of the meetings of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority and any of its committees, subcommittees, advisory committees, and public hearings will be posted virtually on the WIFA website, and posted physically outside of the Arizona Department of Administration building located at 100 N. 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 850071. All WIFA meetings are also posted online at the Arizona Public Meetings website.

Arizona Finance Authority Board

The Board of Directors of the Arizona Finance Authority typically meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, starting at 3:35 pm (or immediately following adjournment of the Arizona Industrial Development Authority meeting). This is subject to change, and special meetings may additionally be scheduled as needed. The agenda for Board meetings will be posted here, at Arizona Public Meetings and on the first floor bulletin board of the Arizona Department of Administration, 100 N. 15th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007, at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting.

Record availability

All meeting agendas and notices will be posted no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. Pursuant to ARS 38-431.01, all public meetings are recorded and the minutes are generated from the recordings. The final meeting materials and minutes (typed, recorded, or both) are available for public inspection no later than three working days after the meeting. If the draft or finalized minutes have not been posted, updated, or if you are interested in older meeting minutes, please contact us for copies.

Water FYE 21-25 Project
Public Noticed on May 15, 2020 in the White Mountain Independent

The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) has received a request for financial assistance from the Town of Springerville to install well meters, update electronic controls at a booster station, create a computer hydraulic model of its water system, replace water lines, and rehabilitate wells. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public.

WIFA staff analysis concluded that this project qualifies for a CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION following the requirements of A.A.C. R18-15-106, as amended. The proposed project will not impact the environment either by itself or in combination with other projects, and the environmental information provided has met statutory intent of the WIFA’s environmental review requirements.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public.
