State Fiscal Year 2025 Intended Use Plans (IUP)
These plans are required elements in order to receive the federal capitalization grants for the programs. Arizona submits its IUPs for the funds available to Arizona for the purposes of continuing the development, implementation and administration of the CWSRF and DWSRF programs
The IUPs for both funds are updated each federal fiscal year and posted for public comment before WIFA submits the finalized IUPS to the EPA for approval. Keep an eye on the public notice page for more details about WIFA's public comment periods.
