NOTICE OF SPECIAL SESSION

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Board of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) will hold a Special Session Open Meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, to deliberate and take action on the interviewed candidates for the WIFA Director position.

Deliberations will be conducted under Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, in accordance with A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1)&(3) (discussion or consideration of employment and discussion or consultation for legal advice). All decisions and votes regarding selecting the Director will occur in public session.
