NOTICE OF INTERVIEWS – EXECUTIVE SESSION ONLY

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Board of the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) will hold Executive Sessions on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, and on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to interview designated applicants for the WIFA Executive Director position.

The interviews will be conducted under Executive Session in accordance with A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(1)&(3) (discussion or consideration of employment and discussion or consultation for legal advice).

The location of the interviews will be 100 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007.

Please note: the Executive Sessions will not be open to the public.
