Notice of non-discrimination

WIFA is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any WIFA program, activity or service on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, disability, or age. WIFA will not tolerate intimidation, threats, coercion, or discrimination against any individual or group.   

 

As a recipient of federal funding, SRF is required to comply with federal nondiscrimination laws, including the following:  

  • Title VI of the Civil Rights Act (“Title VI”)  
  • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) 
  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”) 
  • The Age Discrimination Act of 1975  
  • Section 13 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972.  

 

SRF’s compliance extends to federal regulations implementing the above-referenced statutes, including 40 C.F.R. Part 5 and Part 7
