WIFA Closes $406,980 Loan with Tierra Linda Water Company, Inc

The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona (WIFA) announced today that it had closed a $406,980 20-year DWSRF loan with Tierra Linda Water Company, Inc. The recently closed loan carries a 2.760% interest rate and features $212,500 in Principal Forgiveness.

 

Project Description

Proceeds of the loan will be used to preform a pressure tank inspection, replace failing service lines, and install an arsenic treatment system to proactively address exceeding arsenic concentrations in the water supply.
