This Notice of Public Information concerns the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona’s (“WIFA”) proposed rules amending 18 A.A.C. 15 Article 8. As stated in the Notice of Proposed Expedited Rulemaking 29 A.A.R. 3796 WIFA has scheduled a virtual oral proceeding on January 16 2024 at 1:00 p.m. to receive oral comments on the proposed rules. While the oral proceeding date remains unchanged WIFA is extending the close of comment period until January 19 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Documents and additional information related to this rulemaking may also be found on WIFA’s website: https://azwifa.gov/news/rulemaking.
