On November 6th, 2020, the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority and Arroyo Water Company, Inc. closed their Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan. The loan is for $214,200 and has a 100% forgivable principal amount.
Project Description
To remedy the inadequate storage capacity, the undersized booster pump, and the lack of back-up power during outages; the Company will install a new 60,000-gallon storage tank, new booster pumps, and a back-up generator. The Company proposes to purchase and install two new booster pumps that are controlled by Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Back-up power is essential to restore service to customers while waiting for the power company to repair or reenergize the power supply.
