This year it went to a whole agency that is headquartered on the second floor.
WIFA was recognized for funneling ARRA money rapidly to dozens of water and
wastewater districts throughout the state.

State Revolving fund program award for Sustainable Public Health Protection for EPA Region 9 at
the 2007 CIFA conference in Denver.

the EPA Water Division Management Lead for Arizona the 2007 EPA Region 9 Most Innovative and Effective
DWSRF Program of the Year Award in the Pacific Southwest Region.
